Donald L. Kirkpatrick, Ph.D. - As Professor Emeritus, University Of Wisconsin, Don has been active giving Keynote Presentations at national conferences of professional organizations including the American Society For Training and Development (ASTD), VNU Expositions (TRAINING magazine) and International Quality and Productivity Center (IQPC). He has written seven training and management books including EVALUATING TRAINING PROGRAMS: THE FOUR LEVELS which is used all over the world as the standard for evaluation. He is a Past President of the American Society for Training And Development (ASTD) and a member of TRAINING magazine's "HRD Hall Of Fame". At the 2004 ASTD National Conference, Don was given the "Lifetime Achievement Award in Workplace Learning and Performance." Only one award is given each year. The first recipient was Peter Drucker in 1998.
